WC8E Underground Truck is mainly applied in the mine with gas and coal dust explosion hazard for underground equipment and materials transportation, such as belt support, motor, redactor, water pipe, tools, concrete, sand, rock and etc.
1. Smooth and reliable operation. Adopt hydraulic mechanical driving system and four-wheel driven method; adopt three braking modes as working brake, parking brake and emergency stop brake (all for wet type brake); the whole truck adopts gas-oil spring suspension method.
2. Adopt the articulated type connection between the front and rear truck body to ensure the vertical swinging for ±10° as well as the sound reliability even at the bad working environment.
3. The rated loading capacity may reach 8 tons and the max loading capacity may reach 10 tons.
4. Environmental Protection Design on Power System: lower noise, reliability for explosion proof, good effect for exhaust gas purification. Adopt the exhaust gas handling system with patents.
5. Adopt the intelligent information technology, possess the functions as color LED display, video monitoring, radar distance measure, gas inspection, in-time control on operating parameters, proper process control, inquiry of historical data and so on.
6. Adopt humanization design for driver’s room, convenient for operation.
