1. Unique Manipulator Type Anchor Mechanism
As to the common understanding of the designed products structure, more simple means more reliable. To maximum simplify the structure of roadheader with bolting machine, well and jointly put the structures and the functions of roadheader and bolting machine into use. i.e. the bolting machine and the cutting unit of roadheader are integrated into a whole skillfully by making use of two axles of roadheader; both make use of the functions of roadheader and bolting machine to complete the anchor installation of mine roadway roof; the structure of complete machine is easy and compact and the action is flexible and reliable.
The bolting machine is with high working efficiency, i.e. generally it only needs four minutes to achieve one working cycle, i.e. locating, drilling, agitating, hopping anchor and fastening.
Adopt large main rail stroke design to reduce the own swing of bolting machine, such that not only improve force impact of main boom in operation, but also shorten the unsupported roof distance, thus the external dimension obviously becomes smaller. Moreover, when the roadheader is working, the bolting machine shrinks and folds to maximum shorten the space size of the bolting machine, avoiding from any effect upon the normal working of roadheader.
2. Easy and Practicable Temporary Support
Generally to say, it needs six cylinders to achieve the temporary support on top of the roadheader and such complex structure heavily affects the normal working of the roadheader. However, the support roof of bolting machine adopts ball headed floating type structure, which finally just uses three cylinders depending on friction to form the two-force rod in working. In fact, the ball headed floating structure is quite effective for the adaptability of proof and the improvement of stress.
The temporary support device is installed on the top of cutting unit. Prior to the operation of bolting machine, the support device supports the roof firstly, by which the roadheader may properly and gradually achieve increment on headway each time, thus guaranteeing the increment of headway and the safety of operation.
3. Flexible and Reliable Rid Bolting Machine
Rid bolting machine and temporary support are closely laid on the cover slab of cutting unit. After the support of temporary support device, the rid bolting machine takes the cover slab of cutting unit as the fastened support platform, achieves location with help of a rotary center and moves around the center on the cover slab to freely adjust position for anchoring and installing the rid anchor.
4. Advanced and Mature Hydraulic Technology
The continuous operation of roadheader with bolting machine must result in the temperature rise of complete machine, therefore, the hydraulic system must adopt the corresponding measures to reduce the oil temperature rise. Firstly, reasonably increase the working pressure of hydraulic system and reduce no-load power consumption with great extend; secondly, adopt double cooling system including oil return cooling and oil tank cooling to drastically resolve the over heat problem for oil temperature; thirdly adopt two level oil filtration at both inlet and outlet, meanwhile add high pressure filtration at pump outlet to effectively reduce the abrasion of hydraulic components and guarantee the reliable working of hydraulic system; fourthly oil cylinder adopts special structure design to make the withstand pressure grade of cylinder sealing increase over one time, which dramatically solves the problem of oil leakage; fifthly, adopt hydraulic control technology to greatly improve the dynamic performance of equipments and sensibility of operation.
5. Advanced Design, Research and Development
1) Make use of 3D design software, i.e. Pro-E to make 3D modeling on virtual assembly and 3D emulation on action and installation of anchoring bolts in roadway to find out the positions easily meeting impact and intervention for verification.
2) Use ANSYS Finite Element Analysis Software to make computer-aided analysis (CAE); carry out strength checking, fatigue analysis and structure optimization design on key components. Apply design failure mode and effects analysis to maximum improve the reliability of key components.
6. Safe and Reliable Operation and Easy Use and Maintenance
Nothing but safety becomes first. SANY still considers the principle for safeguarding miners safety, improving underground working environment and decreasing the labor intensity as the principal in aspect of products design. For ensuring the safety of roadway roof, the roadheader with bolting machine is not only equipped with temporary support devices, but also adopts interlock protection system for the important parts and operating control system of complete machine. The operating systems for roadheader and bolting machine and temporary support are independent and with separate interlock, i.e. roadheader can’t perform operation in case that the bolting machine operates, vice versa. Meanwhile, the electric control of cutting head adopts safety locking protection system to make sure the safety of the bolting machine during the operation process.
Bolting machine and roadheader are independent in aspect of structure except for anchor tool with communality use. Modular structure design makes the use and maintenance of bolting machine easy, which can realize the conversion of the roadheader and bolting machine underground. Part components of bolting machine may be applied to EBZ132、EBZ160、EBZ200 Roadheader.
The bolting machine can realize manual or remote operation.
