1.The middle groove of the complete welding structure adopts casting groove side. The middle plate at the middle groove of scraper conveyor adopts high strength wear plate with hardness above 360HBW, which contributes to longer service life.
2.The middle plate at the middle groove of scraper conveyor adopts 40mm wear plate, which contributes to longer service life.
3.The middle groove of the conveyor adopts dual-ear moveable plate for higher reliability and less damage.
4.The head bracket adopts advanced cross side discharge method, effectively reducing the coal volume brought back by the scraper.
5.The running tracks of the lower surface of side discharge coal plate and the upper surface of the scraper chain are designed under optimization to maintain the minimum clearance.
6.There is scraper restore system on the side plate at the intermediate groove of machine head.
7.The head bracket and the intermediate groove are connected with high strength bolts, featuring more convenient installation and reliable joint.
8.The coal planner and scraper conveyor all adopt hydraulic motor chain adjustor system, which is safe and reliable.
9.The intermediate groove and the upper swing plate on the machine head bracket are welded with 360HBW material and side plates, which greatly prolongs the service life.
10.The chain wheel set takes imported bearing and seal, and centralized lubrication.
11.The chain wheel dimension is optimized and the structure is strengthened by new design. The chain wheel is made of high strength alloy steel, quenching depth of  over 8-12mm, which greatly prolongs the service life.
12.The application of vertical shaft or compact planetary reductor can meet the design requirements for the working surface and the continuous work of scraper conveyor.
13.Circle Chain: the imported high strength circle chain and connecting ring ensures the durability, safety and reliability.
